Our Generation Again.Nuclear War
When the first massive disarmament movement emerged, the Our Generation journal was founded in 1961 to critically examine the issue of war and peace with all its implications. During the following two decades an extraordinary collection of articles were published covering the various aspects of international power politics, the arms race, and what the significance of these factors were for our society and everyday life. This book consists of selected essays by the journal’s founding editor and contains some of the most insightful, prophetic and helpful material relevant to the current debate and anti-war movement. Many of the ideas will be familiar to today’s reader. It is to be hoped that we can learn from experience.
