If you would like us to consider your magazine for distribution please send two sample copies to New Magazines, Central Books, 99 Wallis Road, London E9 5LN as well as an email to Mark Chilver and Sasha Simic.
The email should include a draft marketing flier, a jpeg image of the magazine and some basic information about the title. The flier should be in an electronic form either in word or pdf formats.

The basic information about the title should include:
a brief description of your magazine
the number of issues you have published in the last twelve months
the number of bookshop and gallery outlets you already stock in the UK
the number of copies you supply to these outlets
the cover price of your magazine in sterling
We do try to acknowledge receipt of samples and get back to you as soon as we can.
Some days we receive 4 magazines all asking for distribution. So we often look at 50 possible titles at one of our monthly distribution meetings. Inevitably we take longer than we would like get back to publishers giving our answer to the request for distribution.
We find it very useful to keep copies of sample magazines sent to us on file and do not return them to the publisher.
